Today I am so grateful that Freddie was able to leave us with the opera CD Barcelona. Though he is gone, I grow older and that music is now so right for me at this time in my life. He did so much in such a short time and I am thinking of him with sad and sweet thoughts today...

I am delighted to be welcomed by so many! Hello all you rock and rollers! When I referred to the Barcelona CD I meant all the extraordinary songs that you have mentioned. I was wondering if the lyrics to The Golden Boy are autobiographical--is Mary "the girl" who "Wanted him for luxury, for limelight and his name" and is he "the boy" who "had a way with words, he sang, he moved with grace
