It's not at Picture Hall, but there is a picture of it in the sleeve of the american Hollywood release of SHA

the French STL 7" has the same sleeve as the UK edition; no woman or bear there
and the KQ 7" has a Queen II pic on the front; no woman or bear there

You've got it reversed, it's the French *Killer Queen* cover, and the UK Somebody to Love single cover.
