To all Queen fans I think that Garden Lodge should be a tourist attraction because at the moment all you see is the front door and i think that is not enough. Besides Graceland is a tourist attraction so why can't garden Lodge be one? Tell me what u think.

I think I read somewhere that Mary suggested to Freddie that it should be a museum, but he wasnt having it. I dont think Kensington Borough council would be too impressed either!! Ive been there 3 times now...But he wasnt in :( lol

Im sorry Chicken, I have to dissagree with you there. 99% of Elvis fans are either American or dead! Queen has far more fans worldwide. And more and more younger fans each day! The tourist attraction for Queen fans is NOT Garden Lodge but Montruex, with the statue and the Studio/soon museum
It is very unfair to compare the (number of) (and character of) Queen fans with those of Elvis, like comparing apples and pears (I do like bananas, do you??)...
Garden Lodge is a beautiful house in a nice and calm street, when you make it attraction it looses all its charms
Lucky no one is making that mistake, other then now and then a Queen fan who suggests .. :)

I wouldn't say that Queen are bigger than Elvis but even if they were, Garden Lodge should be kept private as it is a private house and Mary Austin lives in it with her family like Freddie wanted her to. If he had agreed to make a public thing out of it Mary would have done it already I suppose.

I agree - Garden Lodge should be private. Would you like it when strangers come inside your house after your death, take pictures and so on. It seems kinda sick to me...
