I have a new assignment and its based on 'Beat it' where i have to basically examine the track, looking at form, melody etc. So if any Michael fans know of any info your help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Henry

you don't have to be a fan to examine a song

Talk to one of the little boys that MJ slept with alone. They'll tell you what the term 'Beat It' meant to them.

'Rubba! Rubba! Little boy'

'Uhm, I'm not sure, Mikey. It makes me feel funny. And why do you wear that glove when you play that game with me?'

I think that on a VH page somewhere I read a detailed story about how the track came together.
