Start spending more time with her, but make it pressure-free. My boyfriend and I were just friends before he got up the courage to ask me out, and beforehand he started hanging around ALL the time lol. When he did ask me out it was adorable, but it wasn't instant love. A few months later we fell in love and it's been great ever since. :) Best of luck to you!
