I'd go and watch them with anyone because I'm a proper Queen fan. I reckon with Robbie, although it will never happen, would be brilliant. An encore of WWRY and WATC with Angels with the sublime guitar solo played by Brian it would be brilliant. And don't forget Brian played on Eternity.

We will Rock You/ angels/ We Are The Champions- the worst that could happen... but I'm not the proper Queen fan, so doesn't matter

JSS is well known in the metal and melodic rock community. I went to all his UK shows this year and I have to say that proportionally there were a hell of a lot more none Queen fans there. I doubt they auditioned, but if JSS does get it then I'll be bloody happy cause he is a singer with a God given gift and a really nice bloke!

Yeah I believe it when I see it, just another rumour.

Undoubtably just another rumor. Brian and Roger aren't stupid. They know they'll lose halftheir fanbase if they pulled something like that.

Having JSS sing would be that smartest move they could make. I saw him at the 2002 US convention in Cleveland. He was amazing. Anyone dissing him is either narrowmined or just plan foolish. He has a great voice, knows the music inside and out. He plays piano as well. Earlier this year at the US convention in Dallas I spoke to Jackie about the tribute band they had perform. They were very good, but it wasn't as good as Jeff. Jeff carries a certain class that can only be attained by touring the world & performing w/ first class musicians. He has power and range that not too many others can match outside of Freddie. He doesn't try to be Freddie. He has his owe style & carries a first rate stage presence. I had the good fortune to sit and talk in detail about Queen & music in general. He is a very down to earth guy. I would welcome him as a front man w/ open arms. All you nay-sayers who don't want to see a Queen tour can't be serious. As long as they come & do it justice, which all of us know they will not provide anything short of that, it will be great. Tell me you don't want to "SEE" Brian & Roger perform. Especially those who are too young to ever have had a chance to see them. I say get off your high horse & embrace it. Becasue if it does happen, it may never happen again & you'llkick yourself in the ass for passing it up.
I have been a guitarist since 82 & a drummer since 87. Do you know what its like to be a musician and not get to see your idols play live. (other than in July 82, five months before taking up playing an instrument). If this is true, I say, "ROCK IT"

Where is that interview? it was give to what newspapper?
I dislike the idea of JSS doing Queen Vocals. I think Brian and Roger should team up with a few singers ,but stars(like Bono,Bowie,Dave grhol,Robbie,Axl,Justin(from Darkness). Please, do not do it with 'never been' guys! Look what happened with Genesis after Phill Collins leave . a No-one guy took the vocals and ,besides the albums have great songs, they get nothing! The same with INXS. and almost the same with 'The Doors of XXI century' althought Ian Astbury is well known by his 'The Cult ' albums!
Roger and Brian only can make it with Stars, in the same way as Carlos Santana did!

well, i just wanna say that I'd love to see Brian and Roger touring

JSS is a brilliant singer but I don't think would pull the crowd in like say Robbie or George Michael for example.
No-one and I mean no-one can replace Freddie but if Brian and Roger want to tour who are we to stop them?

Don't want Bri, Roger + stars.... Would rather see a no-man to be honest... Anyway, JSS is not really a no-man, is he?

The only guy who as the same energy that Freddie had, and can get a crowd off 200,000 rocking is Mick Jagger, and he's about a hundred now and making too much cash with the Stones.
