stone cold crazy!, thanks for the support, but I'm not talking about that part... I said I know what the distorted voice says at start, I don't know what it says afterwards, before the guitar comes in. I attached a sample too.

you can't hear what the backwards thing is, but it certainly isn't the stuff Freddie says in the one vision documentary

Hm, that makes more sense that 'One Vision is near the seaside'. Unless that is near John and his new pet goat 'Seaside'

It's such a distorted sample that you'll never truly know. Unless someone has insider knowledge. But that's a little far-fetched.

I thought it was "One Vision sincerely" but "God works in mysterious ways" has a more powerful ring to it...

To me it sounds like:moosj..miss tosj..wossj mis..and then the keyboard kicks in..and the guitar:du-du-du-du..du,du,du..du ud duuuuuuuuu.

Yeah. That's what it sounds like to me too. You just have to listen REALLY close I guess?
