I had a mood of playing an evil critic :P

1. Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen GREATEST!
2. Imagine - John Lennon (not that good at all.)
3. Hey Jude - The Beatles (ok. But not worth the third place! "Something" is millions of times better)
4. Dancing Queen - Abba (fourth? In my personal top it would be 400th)
5. Like a Prayer - Madonna (Madonna has some more good songs than this one)
6. Angels - Robbie Williams (it's a good song. Not the best of him tho.)
7. Penny Lane/Strawberry Fields Forever - The Beatles (Penny Lane is ok...)
8. Wannabe - Spice Girls (Spice Girls are wannabes for sure.)
9. Yesterday -The Beatles (greaaat!!!)
10. Let It Be - The Beatles (ditto)
11. Smells Like Teen Spirit - Nirvana (perfect place for Nirvana)
12. Don't Look Back in Anger - Oasis (great. Should be in top 10 in my opinion)
13. Nothing Compares 2 U - Sinead O'Connor (good song but not worthy for that good place)
14. Suspicious Minds - Elvis Presley (every time I read or hear Elvis' name I want to scream. He is so overrated)
15. Billie Jean - Michael Jackson (a great song)
16. Losing My Religion - REM (ditto)
17. Hotel California - The Eagles (ditto. They should be in top 10 as well)
18. (Everything I do) I Do It For You - Bryan Adams (this song should be in top 3! i used to cry every time I heard this song! Brilliant)
19. A Whiter Shade of Pale - Procol Harum (not that good)
20. With or Without You - U2 (Hold me Kiss me Kill me Thrill me is my fav U2 song :) With or without you is quite good as well)
21. Candle in the Wind - Elton John (great song. Also. Should be at least among 15 first songs)
22. I Will Always Love You - Whitney Houston (boooo!!!!)
23. Baby One More Time - Britney Spears (yuk)
24. Vogue - Madonna (it's ok)
25. Heartbeat/Tragedy - Steps (25? Not 225?)
26. Thriller - Michael Jackson (great!)
27. Never Ever - All Saints (boring song)
28. My Heart Will Go On - Celine Dion (lovely song!)
29. I Turn To You - Melanie C (quite crappy)
30. Wonderwall - Oasis (it's ok)
TIMELESS

"4. Dancing Queen - Abba (fourth? In my personal top it would be 400th)"

Hey! IMO, "Dancing Queen" is the best pop single ever. A beautiful, uplifting melody, beautiful vocals, good length, never gets old.

Much as I love Queen, I'm tired of Bo Rhap being the all-time ultimate super-dooper *everything*. Its popularity has ruined it for me. I'm glad it's won fans and introduced new generations to Queen, but personally I could use a 5 year break before ever hearing the thing again ;)

P.S. - I assume you guys noticed this link is quite old. In fact I believe it refers to the ceremony which is seen in part GVH1.

Thanks timeguardian that was good! I still have not gotten enough of BoRhap but I do wish the Profit Song got its full appreciation I think it is nearly as good!

I'm sorry Silje I saw that as I clicked "sumbit" and it was too late and I didn't think it worth editing. Now I can't edit or everyone will wonder what you are talking about! hehe!

Are Steps and Mel C still among top 30 songs?
Does anyone remember them at all...
