As we were watching the Terps win and the Wolverines lose today, up pops an ad for a movie about the 1980 USA hockey team. The music was WWRY. The movie title is 'Miracle'.
Gee...Queen....hockey.....it don't get no better than that. (unless the movie stinks)

That was certainly tactful and oozing with class. Something along the lines of 'what did you expect? UM had a horrible defense and were lucky to even be in the Rose Bowl' might have been a bit more of an intelligent reply.

Guess Kurt Russell has the part of Coach Brooks. Hollywood will probably fuck it up, trying to make it 'dramatic'.
How the hell do you make the events of those two weeks more dramatic?
btw, I hate UM, too, as they tend to whip up on my Spartans more times than not. And I hate the Buckeyes. But only Big Ten people have the right to insult them.
Guy is probably jealous. Let's see...Wash State lost to Notre Dame, UM and MSU didn't. Their excoach loses his job at Bama because of a stripper. UW's coach gets fired for gambling.
Now if the Spartans can only figure out how to beat teams like Nebraska and La Tech, I'll be satisfied.
