I've recently got a MP3 of a performance of Smile (Earth).
It's a recording from a recent year. Roger introduces Tim Staffel and Brian to the audience. It seems to be a RT gig.
When / were was it recorded?

The soundqualitity is acceptable and I love it! Earth was always a fav. song of mine.
Well, there's an idea; close the Queen periode and restart Smile...
A shame Tim doesn't sing as well as Freddie did!
We must all see to believe...

I believe it's from the Smile Reunion at the Marquee in 1992

That's right it was, I attended that concert and it was great to see Tim play with Roger and Brian, there was a huge raw from the crowd when they arrived, if memory serves they also had the Pretenders drummer playing as well !

Tim was also a guest on the night before (December 21th) and he sang Earth and If I Were a Carpenter. Roger Daltrey was also a guest.

On the 22th Tim sang Earth and If I Were a Carpenter again, this time Brian was also a guest.
Brian played on Earth, Carpenter, Too Much Love and Tie your mother down,

did brian sing tie and too much love or was it roger?
John hated Hot Space. Frederick's favourite singer was not Paul Rodgers. Roger didn't compose 'Innuendo.' 'Bohemian Rhapsody' hasn't got 180 vocal overdubs.
