Hey everyone I got Live Killers today and I was listening to Death on two legs when at the beginning i realised that there are 3 beeps replacing words-almost as if the CD had swearing edited out.
Can anyone tell me if this is on all CD's or if it just mine that is doing it!
Thanks
Steph

It's on all the CD's.
The bleeped out parts are "This is dedicated to a real mutha-fucker of a gentleman".

Yes, apparently Sting was furious when he found out.

the part edited out is on my site, see Download and then MP3. (you can also find it on the internet of course)

Didn't Fried Chicken make a prophecy about this happening?

Apart from supposedly improved sound quality, does the 2001 remaster of Live Killers feature anything different to the UK 1993/4 version?
I heard the editing is different???

"Didn't Fried Chicken make a prophecy about this happening?"
And an easy prophecy, this question gets asked ever other month

Thanks Rien, after listening to Live Killers for 24 years it will be interesting to actually hear that part :)
As for editing: Has anyone else noticed that the Hollywood remaster is a few seconds LONGER at the very end than original release? At the end (after "God Save The Queen") on the Hollywood disc, the audience dies down and I hear what sounds like some doors slamming shut...what is that supposed to be? It wasn't on the record.
