Majority Government is very rare - you'd need a high turnout and a landslide victory.

But of course.

It's just nice to remember that simple fact when people are raibidly accusing the whole of the USA of being Bush-lovers, which they quite obviously aren't.

(Actually, about 50% of them are bush-lovers, but we won't split hairs).

Actually only 25 % are Bush lovers if you consider that only 50.7 % of eligible voter actually voted in 2000.
