A poem...

I've been in a fairly sentimental mood lately which has given me a spark of 'creativity' as it were. So, Here is one of the products of that 'creativity'. the name is "Here I Am". ENJOY! :D

Here I am,
in my lonely room,
watching the time go by.
Feeling sore and empty,
and only you know why.

If I tell you that I love you,
Will you say the same?
Will you tell me that you need me,
or just forget my name?

I know deep in my heart,
that we were meant to be,
A match made in heaven,
far as I can see.

So, Here I am,
once again,
I'm bearing my heart to you.
I hope to God you hear me,
though I feel like a fool.

I need you by my side,
and I hope you feel the same.
You're the only one can save me,
and break these walls of shame.

I need you in my life,
and I am not ashamed.
You're the only one can save me,
and take away my pain.

Inside my heart I know,
that we were meant to be.
Will you be my heaven,
my eternity?
