spisso...i love THE SHOW MUST GO ON very much & my idea is like your believe.
but every time listen to this song ,my eyes become wet and i cry unwished....

i think this song is very beatiful with strong lyric and it's painful & sad too.

Yes, I know what you mean. It's like he was telling his fans what was going to happen. Very sad song indeed.

Once again I would like to declare "Procession" as my favorite Queen song.

It's the one I listen to over and over again: the timeless lyrics, the intricate percussion work....

'The Show Must Go On' was actually written by Brian.

Although it's now obvious that the song was about Freddie's struggle with AIDS, Brian was afraid that Freddie might not like it because Freddie wished to carry on as normal and try to ignore his condition as much as possible.

When Brian showed Freddie the demos and the lyrics, he immediatly loved the song. Brian asked Freddie if he could sing it, and Freddie said...

I'd sing anything you want me to sing.

Yes it's true, The Show Must Go On was written by Brian but it was just like the perfect song for Freddie to sing at that time. A great "good-bye" song but still hopeful. I love it! Brian did an excellent job, most of his songs are just brilliant!
