Hi, i have found a website which sells every Queen album except Queen Rocks at extremely cheap prices They are priced at 7.99 & 8.99 where if you went into say Andy's Records you would have to cough up sixteen quid which is a ripoff and if you want all the albums pretty quickly The website is www.powerplaydirect.com Let me know what you think of it

I still say Ebay, A lot of CDs on there are brand new and still wrapped. Ive never had any probs. Its an online jumble sale but theres a lot of good stuff, you just have to be patient and search!

By the time these convert to US dollars, they're about the usual price. But they don't ship here anyway.

That exchange rate is a killer.

$15 isn't so cheap. Circuit City has the older Hollywood titles for $12.99. Best Buy had the new Live at Wembley for only $14.99, while they had the older titles at $15.99.

The Wal Marts here only have Classic Queen ($14.88) and Greatest Hits 92 ($9.88)

Sigh

I remember when I used to get Queen casettes for 8 bucks. Oh the memories.

Also I remember the smell of the tape jackets from the Hollywood 91 reissues.

Oooooh that cherry smell

hehe! I always smell the CD booklets. Thought I was the only one. I remember when Aerosmith's 'Get A Grip' came out.. it had a rather distinctive 'hemp' smell, and knowing them I wouldn't be surprised ;)

That cherry smell I've noticed other places too. Scotch brand videotapes have that. LOL

Which topic was this? I can't remember what I'm replying to.. damn

Edit- Oh, the 'cheap' thread. Yeah, I was gonna say.. at 9.88 I may buy 'Greatest Hits' again even though I don't really need it.

OMG! Deacon Fan, I too used to smell the Get A Grip album, it does smell like hemp! LOL

Never smelt scotch tape though :P

We sound rather strange don't we? This would be a fitting topic over at QOL. Poll: Which CD smells the best? LOL

I've just about given up on that place ;)
