Well, sorry, but I don't really like it when somebody talks like that about my country. We don't have almost any tourism at all because of people who say what Scully said.

It's pretty clear that Scully was making a joke (however politically incorrect it may have been), but what do you expect from a guy who can't tell the difference between Coke and Pepsi?
