Earworms

No no this isn't about poor hygene or neuron eating parasites.

Earwoms as in the fucking song thats always in your head for an hour, day, weeks, or months. You try to get it out of your head, but nothing seems to get the thing out.

The earworm that I have at the moment is:

I've had 'Float On' by Modest Mouse in the ol' head for a couple weeks now.

Funny thing is, it can stay right where it is.

I always get that "Shake ya' Ass" song in my head. I think it is because, at the moment, I am really into that "About A Boy" film...Hugh Grant is so very handsome...*sighs*

Ah yes, I agree Mrs Groucho. Hugh Grant is a cutey. Hopefully on the 24th of this month I'm getting the DVD release of his 1987 film "Maurice" in he plays a gay man during Edwardian times.

Have you ever seen "An Awfully Big Adventure"? He is in that as well. As is the glorious Alan Rickman...*slurp* It's like double the sexiness. *sighs, yet again*

I have to agree though Alan Rickman is yummy! He is the PURRRRFECT Snape. He looked so fine as Metatron in Dogma. :D

No no, Modest Mouse isn't Christian rock...haha. They're really an indie rock band who (I believe) made their major label debut two or three years ago. 'Float On' is bound to be a hit, though.

I've never heard of them. I'll keep an eye on them.

Alan Rickman can put his boots under my bed anytime he wants and I would not mind. Michael Palin's shoes could be under the bed too...

Inevitably mine's a Queen song. My Melancholy Blues, Radio Ga-ga and Man on the Prowl. Hell, I love MotP. Especially the bass line. Supoib.
