mmm The Darkness

i see them as a breath of fresh air...something rock music hasn't had in a loooooong time...first time i seen the video they have out i was like WTF?! and it immediately got my attention...it's fun, and i like that...i hope to see more bands like the darkness come out...rock music today totally sucks, so i welcome the darkness with open arms

So what a fantastic night yesterday in Amsterdam. I went to the venue with my girlfriend and and mate and we had an evening we'll never forget.
The show they gave was fantastic and Justin is such a great entertainer! His Suits, fantastic :)
Before I saw the concert i had some doubts about this band, I thought justin Hawkins wasn't such a great singer and their succes was mostley based on the show-element. I have to say: I was wrong. His voice was quite amazing.
Justin is a very talented guy, not the best singer in the world and not the best guitar-player either (BUT a fucking good one he is), but those two things combined with the show-element....one of the best I ever saw. But don't forget his brother Dan and the other guys.

I'm still impressed, I was standing in the front row an actually shaked hands with Justin, and the best of all i've got a plectrum of him! Nice for my archive :)

I forgot to mention, they also played al little segment of We Will Rock You....very cool
