I've downloaded the 1985 Japan concert, encoded it using AVI2VCD program, burned it using Easy CD Creator. When I play it on my DVD (VCD compatable), the audio is way ahead of the video. In fact, the video plays back in slow motion. Any help would be

Like Barry said, re-encode it with TMPGEnc (www.tmpgenc.net). It's recommended to make a WAV of the audio first using VirtualDub and then re-encode the video to VCD using the AVI as the video file and the WAV as the audio file. TMPGEnc has a feature that fixes audio\video synchronization problems, so that problem will be gone too.
