I'd be in the very beginning of a band if I could buy a bass guitar..a couple of friends and I are intending to start a band called Queen 2: Attack of the Killer Queen (not really!)

I wish I could learn bass guitar! I was in this little concert for 5th graders our orchestra did yesterday and I got to play the bass part for California Girls on my violin cuz the bass wasn't there! It was so fun!

I don't know if this will make you feel better, but it will at least be better than Limp Bizkit. No matter how much your band sucks.

i to am starting a band im on bass one of my friends is singing and the guitarest cant play guitar at all she is going to learn soon and we dont have a drummer sounds like a wonderful band to me!

And i disagree with Gerli. Do as many covers as possible. Hell, do all covers if it suits you. It's a good way to start out.

And if you want it - I found easy music to some Meat Loaf songs. My own band's gonna cover one!
