Does anyone like them? If so, let's get some tequila and bungle in the jungle, baby.

I didn't mean that to be a big joke. I am seriously interested to see if anyone else likes Jethro Tull.

My bad.

Love and I thought I sounded a little too much like "Baer",

I liked them at one time, especially Locomotive Breath. Then the whole flute-rock stuff got repetitive.

Still, the heavy rock stuff in Aqualung is good.

I really like the Tull, the flute rock is something different and I always really liked Ian Anderson's vocals

Aqualung is fabulous, along with Locomotive Breathe, Thick as a Brick (the full 45 min. version), and Bungle in the Jungle

I love Tull! I have most of their albums. GREAT band! Mr. Anderson can play the flute like crazy man! And crazy men play the flute quite well. ;)

lol Dan! ;)
I quite like Aqualung, Locomotive Breath and Too Old to Rock and Roll Too Young to Die, that piano opening is cool.
So, Tull is great, and interesting fact- Mr. Anderson, our master flute player used to get in line and buy a ticket for his own concert! :O :) hehe

I'm a semi-fan thanks to my stepdad always playing their music while I was growing up. I think "Thick As A Brick" is brilliant regardless of the fact that it's like 42 minutes of the same song ;)

Apparently they are awesome in concert. Ian Anderson is quite a character. This according to my mom, who has been to a total of two concerts that I know of.. Elvis and Jethro Tull. Go figure. LOL.

I haven't heard much, only the radio edit version of Thick as a Brick and some other thing that I don't know the name of.
What I've heard I thought was great :-)

The other one they play a lot is "Aqualung". It starts out "Sitting on a park bench..."

khashoggi and myself thought it would have been really cool if queen would have made a "scandal" album cover just like the "thick as a brick" album...with all the newspaper printing and such...

My favorite Tull tune has always been "The Minstrel In The Gallery". It is SUCH an awesome song! "Songs From The Wood" is also great.
