Hollywood Records is the best! I just have to say, after buying so many of their products, I've never had a single problem except The Miracle had the inlay tray pushing down on the spine of the back cover which caused an ugly wrinkle, but that was so minor.

The same thing happened with mine. It was easily fixed though, So, I didn't care... TOO much. ;)

The 2003 Live At Wembley Stadium case has really bad tiny plastic connectors for the 2cd tray, so unfortunately it was broken on arrival :-(

I still haven't gotten that... *makes mental not to get it*

I agree, the physical artefacts I own from Hollywood records are indeed crafted from the highest quality materials - and excellently presented.
It's a pity that their remastering of the "Queen" catalogue was riddled with such sloppy and careless mistakes.

I just shifted my original post to reflect what seemed to be popular opinion. Was cool how I left the one quoted line in the new version eh? :-P
I'm sorry.
Mastering errors, mistakes, edits and poor judgement aside, my original post dealt with the numerous packaging defects I've encountered lately, plus a couple discs that even came 'brand new' with scratches and even fingerprints in one case. That leads me to believe they're repackaging returned items, or perhaps Best Buy is :-P
