HMV in Japan sounds like the cheapest so far. Apparently to the U.S. they cost about $24

That's about $69.. still slightly cheaper than CD Universe, but maybe having a U.S. shipper is worth a few bucks more?

I went ahead and ordered 3 of them from HMV. The total with shipping was $92.71. The shipping charge went down a little when they actually shipped it. And they use only FedEx for international shipping, which is a major plus in my opinion.
I ordered A Kind Of Magic, The Miracle and Innuendo. I was originally going to start with just Made in Heaven (sunrise cover) and Innuendo, but MIH is delayed until March 31 so I'll order that next month. Aside from that one, I'm getting them in reverse order, with the goal being to replace the 'Crown Jewels' discs last, plus I'm skipping Live Killers and Flash Gordon :-P
