I don't know. I wrote them for a permission letter to have my Live At The Rainbow transferred from PAL to NTSC.
Three questions :
1. what is pal?
2. what is NTSC?
3. You've got live at the Rainbow? Can I get it somewhere? Can you transfer it to me? It's my dream to watch this video!!!please please!!!!

2. - the north american standard video
3. - yes i have
4. - probably
