Often when I try to click a link (anywhere, not just here) the page scrolls and I miss. Is it just me? Is it this fancy mouse with a wheel? Is it an I.E. thing? Is someone monitoring me and moving things around just to toy with me? Could I possibly be more bored?

I didn't have a choice. It came with this Dell that I'm still paying for :-P I never had one before. It comes in handy sometimes, but the coolest thing is the ctrl + wheel trick that changes text size which I mentionedeth the other day.
