Man, all this talk of what is a fruit and what is a vegetable. Usually it's only the tomato that gets debated.. what's with all this new info anyway? :-P
As far as I'm concerned, regardless of what's right.. fruits are the sweet stuff and veggies are the others. :)
But if you go by the old 'animal, vegetable or mineral' thing, then all fruits are vegetables anyway.

A lot of people think this, but it's wrong...
The difference between fruit and vegetable is that a fruit is the sweet ovary of a seed bearing plant.
And a vegatable is a herbaceous plant cultivated for an edible part (seeds, roots, bulbs, stems).
A nut is a fruit aswell
