you just have to be careful. Be sure to replace the protine. Meat gives you the protine you need, so you'll need to replace it.
good luck!

Blimey, all I do for a fresh look at my food is tilt my head a bit when in the kitchen....
Enjoy, though...

ahh... but beer is made of the same things as bread- cept in different proportions.
noooooo... it's the attack of the evil carbohydrates!
I'm all for eating meat. Why? I like meat. and have no remorse. or pity. or... y'know... compassion. :)

Mmmmmm milk. I drink it on a very regular basis and I'm not dead yet, so I guess it can't suck as much as that website proclaims. Don't believe everything you read. :)

"Be sure to replace the protine."
Indeed! Very important. I suggest looking up 'protine' on Google immediately for plenty of resources.

no, that makes you a POSER vegetarian

Thats pretty cool that you're thinking about becoming vegetarian! I've been a one for about 3.5 years or so. It was difficult at first but I've managed through very well. My diet is rich in vegetables, fruits, pastas, and soy. Tofu is one of my favorite dishes to fix up for myself and since i'm lactose intolerant i drink soy milk. Even to this day, I do not regret my views on animal rights and the fact that I'm a vegetarian.
