If anyone gets an email from my email address just saying "hi" in the subject line and with very short text like "something is wrong" which has a zip file attached, please DON'T OPEN IT. The attachment will contain the worm Netsky. My PC was infected last night just like that, through a fake email by a friend's email address. My virus protection failed to identify it.

It has many subject headers.
some include 'just for you' 'hello' 'read immedieatly'
my advice for anyone is to download this:
http://www.mailwasher.net/
which means you can delete suspicious emails before they get downloaded to your PC.
