Richard Simmons accused of assault at Sky Harbor
Fitness guru Richard Simmons was getting ready to board a flight to Los Angeles Wednesday afternoon. Police say he got upset when a man said "Let's drop our bags and rock to the 50's." - a reference to exercise videos Simmons sold on TV several years ago. Police say Simmons then slapped the man. Police were called and gave Simmons a ticket and then allowed him to board the plane. Lawyers will review the report and decide if there's enough evidence to prosecute and the victim will be asked if he wants to proceed legally.
