favourite flower

I just read on a tribute page that Freddie fav flower was daffodils. I was always led to believe it was roses.Can someone please clear this up for me?

The Freddie Mercury Rose was named after Freddie...his favorite flower was indeed Daffodils.

Ooh, my favorite flowers are daffodils, too (the reason I have the nick "daffs")...Freddie and I must be kindred spirits.

I love yellow daffodills too, have loved them since I was a kid..

I have some flowers that was favorite of mine available on this article online it was good to have the all aspire. I need to get more details about them so I read assignmentmasters reviews that was available at the end of this article post by the other user that was good to read them.

Freddie once stated he was "gay as a daffodil", so it must be true.

This is from the book Mercury and Me:

‘Really, the best time to go out is the spring when the azaleas are in bloom’, Freddie said. Azaleas were his favourite.

So I’m also a bit confused now. What do you guys think?
