Well, are there? I'm wanting to buy a compilation from them and don't know which one to get first. I already know that I like a few of their songs (How Soon is Now? Stop Me if You've Heard This One Before, among others) and now want a CD.
Anyone??

I'm an AeroSmiths fan. Does that count?
close but no cigar sorry
hmmm, I had good luck with "The Best of The Smiths: Volume One"
can't stand the smiths, personally. yuk
Considering their CD title, "Meat Is Murder," I'm very much a big fan of theirs :-)
Music to top yourself to.
Did you hear Rogers comment on The Smiths in his recent Radio 2 interview?
Yes, he said "Listen to Flashy, you might learn something."
Try 'Louder Than Bombs' or buy the album 'The Queen Is Dead'
despite having the tag of being miserable the lyrics are quite humerous. If you can't find any of those albums go out and buy XTC's Fossil Fuel :-)

The name sounds familiar...
Brilliant band, Morriseys is an excellent song-writer and Johnny Marr is equally good on guitar. Try Joy Division as well they are very good as well and 10 times better than the insipid New Order.
Great band, great singer with Morrissey, for all the very best of the Smiths see if you can still buy, Best...I and Best...II both released in 1992 on WEA.
Joy Division-now you're talking :-) Their songs are fantastic, and the video for 'Atmosphere' is one of the most haunting you'll ever see. In terms of emotion I'd probably put it only second to 'These Are The Days Of Our Lives'. If you haven't already seen it then watch 24 Hour Party People, it's amazing. There is actually a deleted scene about The Smiths on the DVD.
