Queen Hub Information

With regard to DC software, I would like to recommend the program I'm using. It's called oDC. It looks remarkably similar to the regular DC++ client. It's free, really easy to configure and use, and if there are any bugs I have yet to find them. On top of that it's open source. Download from here:

I have a question about the Hub. I have found some very interesting things - both video and audio there. And quite often I haven't seen those bits uploaded to QueenZone (in Torrent or Rapidshare). What's the "policy" about sharing stuff like that? Do I need to ask for permission from the person I downloaded it from? I'm just asking because I don't want to step on anyone's toes ;)

I think it is not a problem to upload them to rapidshare or share them as torrent-file.

If you download something in the hub, you are free to do what you want, although selling on ebay is not approved of. However, some files may be eligible for the hub but not for Queenzone, so it's better to make sure it has not been officially released.

By all means. The thing I meant to upload was several audience-shot clips from the Budapest show (featuring me, waving my nation's flag :)).

Quick question: Is the Hub offline or is my Internet-provider playing tricks on me again?

Think the Hub is offline, I am in the US and havent been able to connect for most of the day.

A failure in my router did close my internetconnection during a few hours yesterday.
The hub is online again now.
It happens sometimes that the router is freezing.

Hopefully this will not happen next week when I'm on holiday for a week.
The hub will be online during this week.

CAn anyone shed a little light on how to actually download files?

I've gotten all the requirements and stuff and am logged in, but now I have no idea what to do.

Next time you log on the hub, please contact the main operator, Zeni or me. Just right click on the name in the right user window and choose "send private message" or send a message to Pm-the-ops in the same way. We can help you.

You can also tye a message into the main chat and users sure will help you on.

I am on the hub but I can´t download DVDs. What can I do for it? Thanks.

Contact an operator. If you can download other files, you must be able to download DVDs, too.

Is the hub still located on queenmp3.no-ip.com?
Because I've just re-installed DC++ again and I'm only getting this:

The hub is still on this adress.
I have restarted my PC. Hopefully you can login now.
