Queen Hub Information

How many hours will be The Hub offline?. Just i want to know.

I have just installed the windows vista program to check if all software is compatible with windows vista.

after some little changes it is compatible :D

It's just me, or The Queen Hub and The New Queen Hub is down?

both hubs are offline at the moment because I have some technical problems.
When I have time, I solve them.
My mother in law died last night so I have no time at the moment

Thank you all for the condoleances.

In the meanwhile and in the little spare free time I had last (hectic) days, I haven't found a solution to bring the hub back online.

I have tried everything.

Next days I try to reinstall my PC again with old original windows XP software. Maybe this will work.

I'm almost sure that there is something wrong installed on my PC.

Maybe is because you installed Windows Vista, and the software you use for the Hub isn't compatible at all.

It is a windows problem here I guess. Also a "pirated XP version" gives problems.

I try it with the old one later today.

The hub is back online now.

Thank you for your job and efforts... sadly, my ISP isn't working so well, so i have to wait awhile before come back to the hub.

Thanks for getting it going again, despite your sad loss.

Anyone else getting a problem? I can't sign in to the hub, I get the message "No connection could be made because
the target machine actively refused it." when I try to conncect.

Please help!

I guess I was still updating the PC yesterday so in that time the hub was offline.

Anyway, it's online now; all update-work is ready so no problems hopefully next days/weeks
