The operators will have an eye on him.
I'm not affraid that the hub will be shut down because of sharing a few MP3-albums for a little time; anyway...forbidden is forbidden, we keep an eye on him/her and if he/she logs back in on the hub I will check her/his list immediately.

I can't download from the hub, it always say me repeatedly "Connecting...---> No slot available".
Other DC++ users can connect me, I am uploading to them and they can download from my shared directories... Why?

You don't have enough slots open. You have to open a minimum of 2 slots. Hope this helps!
