I can´t help the speed from my server.
It allways depends on how many people are on at the same time.
If you are the only one, you should have a download speed of 15-20 kb.
And:
On my serverpage is a direct link to Queen Hub and Queenzone.I´m just running this server for my personal pleasure. And maybe it can help some people to reach the 2 GB Min amount to enter the hub.

I got the ID and password but still cant connect. It says:

I have DC++ 0.670 and when i have tried to connect, I have received message: "Your Client Version DC++0.108 is too old. Please Download the latest one at:- http://dcplusplus.sourceforge.net"

I have closed the option to check the status of the DC++ client (there are more people who have problems with logging in) so I hope you can login now

when I press reconnect, again:

nothing else. what should I do?

It seems to be not a hub problem because you don't receive a message what is wrong with your settings when you try to loggin.
Do you have a router or a firewall ?
If yes, check this site: http://www.dslreports.com/faq/dc
They have lots of "answers on difficult DC++ questions"
