I can't connect, too: "Connection refused by target machine"

For last 3 days when I log in I get this message:
*** Connecting to queenmp3.no-ip.com...
*** Connected
*** Stored password sent...
<Hub-Security> This hub is running PtokaX DC Hub 0.3.3.0 build 17.09 [debug] (UpTime: 0 days, 22 hours, 11 minutes)
And in the users list I see only myself.
What's happening?

Hope you will forgive this question.
I have been a fan of Queen for very many years (I was at their Knebworth concert - a defining moment of my life).
Unfortunately, I have not done any file sharing on the web before, so aprt from the official releases 9some albeit rare) I have nothing to share apart from one video.
As I cannot share 2GB of stuff, does that mean I am not allowed to join? :)

No problem.
There are two hubs these days:
1) a strict Queenhub with a minimum of 2 GB Queen (unofficial queen-files ofcourse)
2) a not-strict Queenhub with a minimum of 0 bytes Queen (also only unofficial queen-files ofcourse)
just send an email with your wanted username/password to: thequeenhub@yahoo.com

There are some problems with the Queenhub at the moment. Not everyone is able to connect to the Queenhub. It's a very weird problem. I have not a quick-made solution for it at the moment.
I want to ask everybody who has an account for the Queenhub and can't login because of some loggin-problems to send an email to: queenhub@home.nl
you can also add this email-adres to your MSN Messenger.
In some cases it is more easy to solve the problems with a messenger program instead of sending emails.
I hope you have some patience....i'm working on the problems these days.

I'm working on new hub-server software.
First testings with 2 people who can't login with the current software, can login with the new software; so there is no problem with my router and there is a problem with the hub-server software.
I have to do some extra research next few days (hopefully I can find also a script to convert all the accounts to the new software).
I let you all know when everything is okay.

I keep getting disconnected for the past few days with this:
"PtokaX ... OTHER (NO TAG) is not allowed here!"

For whatever reason, I am able to log on the hub now. Go figure.

I have changed a setting this morning so you can login now.
Sorry for the problems.
I'm still working for the more bad problem that a few (I guess 20 people in total) can't login to the hub since the beginning of june.
I haven't found the problem yet, but other software makes it possible for those people to loggin. I'm converting a few scripts these days. When i'm ready with, I let you know.
