As I understand it The Miracle Innuendo and Made In Heaven were recorded in Digital except Too Much Love Will Kill You on MIH which was recorded Analog.

Is that ture or were earlyer Albums recorded in Digital ? ie A Kind Of Magic.

In an interview I have on CD with Freddie from 84', He says that "The Works" was their first digital recording. I can only assume that all albums thereafter were digital as well. Hope that helps! :D

I don't know. But perhaps the studio it was being recorded at was analog only.

The Works was recorded Analog and mastered digital.

AKOM was recorded digital.

Buy CDs - Works had "ADD" on the back, AKOM had "DDD". Everything Hot Space back was "AAD"

Does anyone know which albums were recorded using Dublin noise reduction?

Works ---- ADD = Analog recording, Digital mixing, Digital transfer.

Hence why from Works onwards, things were sounding quite different.
