I know it sounds awful, but I need this question answered:
What city is the British Medical Journal made in? I could search I know but I am a bit lazy at the moment, I need it for the first source I'm using in a research paper.

I'm pretty certain its London Catgurl...when I use the BMJ (I access it online) I don't have to put its city in the referencing - only if I reference a book...and since it is a journal its not needed.
