New video available on hangman.it

Hello folks, I posted my first try of video encoding on my site... it's Happiness, performed by Roger at "Maurizio Costanzo Show" in 1995, when Rog was in Italy to promote his solo tour.
I know it's not the best encoding possible, I'm just learning so feel free to give opinions and suggestions.

The quality isn't superb but i like it.

Thanks for sharing this beautiful video clip, Luca. I think the encoding is very good. The flickering colour is on the tape and there is not much you can do about it. You can try to run it through VirtualDub and apply the smoother (activate the noise prefilter!), you can watch the preview in order to decide if it's worth the trouble.

thank you very much for your suggestions Barbara! I'm learning how to use VirtualDub right now, it's been told as the best acquiring program so I guess I will use it, in the future, and I hope to provide even better videos.
