Who is the ideological and mental leader of this Forum?

I prefer to think of Queenzone as the very purest form of popular sovereignty.

I strongly feel we need a leader..
And a high counsil to observe our leader's behavior..
The counsil should consist 5 members chosen from healthy young men and women.. of none shall have crime record or any marks of disobedience toward authorities..

The members should be chosen for 1-3 month terms of office.
and then be voted again.. shall there be rule that one member can only be elected for 2 terms in a year. so max time 3-6 month.
