That's not true - re-designing website would undoubtedly include some kind of online membership and all of that is a matter of two weeks of programming which I'm pretty sure some people would do for free.
As Oberon says, the graphics on the site is very interesting (obviously done by a professional) but the structure of the site is total crap.
