To answer your question, David, they'd all suspected since about three hours after they respectively met him, but when the home movies of him and Debbie Lang were released to the black market, it got slightly more obvious. It is my sneaking suspicion that this particular eBay auction came from the afterlife :D

(NOTE: I don't actually know whether these home movies were ever on eBay, so don't start hounding me.)
