Can someone tell me what building or company this is:

All I know is it's next to a building which resembles a giant mug of beer.

I know that in a lot of Japanese cartoons, Ghosts look like that. Maybe it's a funeral home? ;)

By the way, I'd like to wish all of my Japanese friends a very happy Golden Week. Golden Week is a very special time comprising 4 national holidays all bunched together along with a weekend in hopes that my HMV package will be delayed as long as possible.
