Could someone with reliable information please let me know when the songs from "The Miracle" and "Innuendo" were recorded? I am looking for exactly what was recorded first to last and when. Just to satisfy my morbid curiousity.

I bet that's the best info you're going to find about it until the box set comes out and QP clarifies things.

The Miracle I think was recorded in 1988 it depends when it was released in 1989 then they probably recorded before it's release. If you see inside the booklet it has Freddie without his beard which he just started to keep in 1989 so it could have been 1988. As for Innuendo probably 1990 as Innuendo was released in February 1991 and Queen couldn't have the album and videos recorded in two months flat could they? That's my thoughts anyway.

`The Miracle` album was recorded in 1988 and January 1989. Innuendo album was between March 1989 and 1990. So perhaps some songs were started off at the very beginning of the sessions and finished off at the very end, who knows

For example All God`s People could have started even before The Miracle sessions and could have been finished at the end of Innuendo sessions once they didn`t find more songs to complete the album. Just a possibility.
John hated Hot Space. Frederick's favourite singer was not Paul Rodgers. Roger didn't compose 'Innuendo.' 'Bohemian Rhapsody' hasn't got 180 vocal overdubs.

It is always sensible to record an album before you release it...;-)
