How many records did Queen sell from 1973 to this very moment approx.?

Well, I dunno, but I've bought a few, so count me in. :P

I've always had that curiosity:
AOBTD, was the Queen's single most sold, does somebody know how many copies be sold? and Greatest Hits(1), I've never seen it in any list of most sold


Does somebody know the numbers?

I think there are no lists of worldwide sales figures. The sales are always counted per market or country because various companies are in charge of distribution for the markets (for example EMI Europe or EMI Japan). AOBTD was a big seller in the USA but in England it was not even no 1 and over the time perhaps either Bohemiam Rhapsody or WWRY was the top selling single with all the re-releases but that is only guess work.

Singles and albums sold worldwide 135million approx, a little way to go to catch up The Beatles sales of approx 1 billion.

I'd say at least 50. I have at least 34 myself.

AOBTD sold 3 million in the US
