For those who are interested (like me) in the technical sides of the things, I've just found this page, full of intersting information about the band's company, and the way it is managed.
You can learn that John's own production company is called "Goldfinch Productions LTD" . After little research I found it's adress in the "band orchestra actor.." section of touchslough website :
Goldfinch Productions Ltd
The Mill, Mill Lane Cookham
Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 9QT
May be it's a little hint to find Mr John 'Goldfinch' Deacon ;)
I Hope this post won't annoy you. :)

If I read this right, John earned more in 1996 than B+R ? :D

Why has John got a production company?
Must be the least busiest company ever...

Very interesting.... thanks for the site.
One question I always had: where does Freddie's money go after his death? (from sales, etc.)
The site says "It is owned in equal shares by the three surviving band members and Freddie Mercury’s estate". What does this mean? That it goes to whoever owns Freddie's estate? Or is there a fund/scholarship/trust? (Perhaps to Phoenix Foundation?)

I think Mary Austin hold Freddie's estate? Might be some left to charity also, but I think the bulk went to Mary

The home of Goldfinch is the home of the Mercury Phoenix Trust, as you can see here...
The Mill in Cookham is also a nice little recording studio, once owned by Chris Rea I believe, it was also where Elton John recorded about three or four albums in the 80's including where Roger and John went to make there contribution to his Ice on Fire Album, I think that was the title.
