Hi you know the new Queen album is coming soon well this are my questions about the album
What is it going to be called?
Who writes what songs?
Who replaces Deacy?
Are the unheard Freddie songs written by Freddie?
And the most important question of all
Will it be the last of Queen's unheard material?!

--Who writes what songs?
Brian wrote 5 songs so far, Roger wrote 4. They wrote 2 tracks together and there's also an unreleased Freddie-written track in there, for which Brian and Roger have completed the lyrics/music in Freddie's style. That makes 12 tracks in total, with a remix of the Freddie track being the most likely contender for a 1st single.

--Who replaces Deacy?
Brian/Roger/Steve Barnacle play bass throughout the album. Brian plays on the tracks he wrote, Roger on his tracks and Steve on the other tracks.

--Are the unheard Freddie songs written by Freddie?
It's just 1 Freddie track, but it was written by Freddie in 1987 while recording the Barcelona album. It was finished this spring by Brian and Roger.

--Will it be the last of Queen's unheard material?!
Nope, Brian and Roger have signed a contract with EMI for at least 2 albums to be released in the next 4 years.

I thought the album was going to be called: "The Show Is Going On" can anybody confirm this?

Yeah, I heard that rumour too Niek... To me, "The Show Goes On" sounds better, but that's just personal...

btw ,the unfinished Barcelona song is called 'Two Worlds Apart', As a matter of fact the first title Freddie had in mind for the Barcelona album was Two Worlds Apart.

As for the song, It's a bit similar to It's a Hard Life

Indeed, the sample I heard reminded me of the final verse of It's A Hard Life. I just hope that Roger hasn't f*cked it up with his crappy lyrics à la Touch The Sky...

Another Roger (re) No we are very serious there is a new Queen album with unreleased material on it and it's due to be released just in time for Xmas? It's been nine years!(1995 being 9 years ago and MIH was released)
