The rehearsal isn't rare at all, as it is available on the official release of Budapest.

I didn't know that. I've only seen two different broadcasts of the Budapest concert here in Canada, which shows only rarely every few years, and both broadcasts did not show this rehearsal (as far as I remember - I've only taped the first broadcast, and never got a chance to video the 2nd one)
The 2nd one had a little bit of Freddie learning the song from some Hungarian folk, but that's the only one I've seen that was as close to a "rehearsal"
