No. Roger only had two middle tom-toms on the drum set, which were not evenly aligned, on that PATP concert (which btw. I rented from my library earlier this week).
I know it's not 46664 either, but I can't think of any other post-2000 concerts I've seen where Roger has the three tom-toms on the drum set.

Judging by Brian's purple pants, it looks like Modena

I guess it could be. Actually, I've never seen the Modena concert. I've only seen Brit Awards/Party In The Park/TOPT "WWRY" performances 2000, Queen's Day 2002, Party At The Palace 2002, Parkinson's 2002/03?, 46664 2003, for video performances.

P_G: Parkinson?
Nope. That one also had two middle tom-toms

Having watched my Modena video once again, I can confirm that Roger indeed has 3 tom toms.
Sleep well tonight, Dark, for the mystery has been solved.

You're all wrong, it's taken from last year's Flashman Parade up at the Towers. It's a pity you didn't use a later shot when I wandered on with my tennis racket to show 'em how it's done with my trademark 'Hammer To Fall/The Hero' medley.
I remember saying to Roger afterwards: "3 tom toms Roger? That ain't like you."
To which he croaked: "Well, I was going to cause a real sensation and bring 4, but I saw Sting trying to break in over your fence and stuck one up his arse."
