How much does Paypal charge you for recieving funds? I know if you sell an item and the buyer uses a credit card to pay for it, you get charged a small fee and a percentage of the sale. But is there a charge for simply transfering funds from one user to the another without using a credit card? How do you transfer without a credit card?

Ok, next question, Matt
So can a seller accept Paypal, but refuse it if you try to use a Credit Card to pay it? Is there a difference on a seller's end from using Paypal with a Credit Card and using it with just normal funds?
As you can tell, I'm new to the online world of Paypal.

hehe, yeah, it's called being paid for providing a service :-P
As for the non-credit card payments.. I'd say don't do that.. it confuses and annoys people. It's a lot easier to pay the extra 15 cents or whatever and be able to accept any kind of payment.
As I understand it, some people actually charge the buyer extra to cover their PayPal fees. That is *so* uncool. People have got to accept that if they're using Ebay and a payment service to sell stuff, it's gonna cost some small fees and you just have to absorb that.

here you go-
Fees
PayPal charges Premier and Business accounts to receive payments. Personal accounts are free, but may not receive credit card payments.
Multiple Currency Transactions Exchange rate includes a 2.5% fee* Exchange rate includes a 2.5% fee*
If you receive a payment from a user in another country, an additional cross border fee will be charged. The cross border fee is an additional 1% for U.S. Dollar payments and 0.5% for Canadian Dollar, Euro, Pound Sterling, and Yen payments. This cross border fee is currently waived for Canadian sellers receiving payments from U.S. buyers.
* If your transaction involves a currency conversion, it will be completed at a retail foreign exchange rate determined by PayPal, which is adjusted regularly based on market conditions. This exchange rate includes a 2.5% spread above the wholesale exchange rate at which PayPal obtains foreign currency, and the spread is retained by PayPal. The specific exchange rate that applies to your multiple currency transaction will be displayed at the time of the transaction. View Currency Converter
